The actress joined Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly as their star guest announcer this weekend, and was more than happy to help some families win a bit of cash.
Playing Saturday Night at the Movies, the Knives Out star, 50, was tasked with guessing the titles of films while players at home acted them out.
Guessing one film correctly would win the fam £250, and a second £500.
But what everyone was after was, of course, a place on the plane.
It was all going swimmingly, as the Australian star managed to win the first two families a trip to the States at the end of the series for the final show, as it airs live from Universal Orlando.
But when it got to the third round, Toni began to struggle – and she panicked.
She guessed the first charade correctly, which was Iron Man, but had trouble getting the second, which was Dodgeball.
Losing all her cool, the Oscar-nominee blurted out: ‘Oh s**t! I’m gonna lose for them, somebody help me!’
The blunder didn’t go unnoticed by viewers, who were quick to joke about it on Twitter.
‘Pahahaha! Loved that slip of the tongue there, hilarious!’, one person tweeted.
‘I just love the fact Toni Collette swore what a legend she is’, laughed another.
‘Who doesn’t love a good pre watershed swear?’, another asked.
‘I LOVE WHEN PEOPLE SWEAR ON LIVE TV WHAT AN ADRENALINE RUSH’, added another excited viewer.
Ant and Dec appeared to gloss over the moment as it happened, carrying on with the game like the professionals they are.
But after the ad break, the Geordie duo addressed the slip of the tongue.
The I’m A Celebrity presenters told viewers they were sorry, saying they hope that Saturday Night at the Movies ‘didn’t ruin your night’.
They even joked about it later after surprising a contestant for Singalong Live in their living room, telling the shocked woman: ‘Don’t swear, we’ve already had one tonight!’
Don’t worry, guys. We were thoroughly entertained!
Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway continues next Saturday on ITV.
