The Oakland Greek Festival is back after a two-year pandemic hiatus, just in time to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
The popular festival features food, live music, traditional dancing, cooking demonstrations, crafts and more, and runs from this Friday to Sunday at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Ascension on Lincoln Avenue in the Oakland hills.
Musical groups include Kymata, Helios Greek Band, Mediterranean Soul and Mythos Band.
Hours are 4:00 p.m. – 10pm Friday; 11:00 a.m. – 10pm; Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Admission for adults is $5, children 12 & under are free. Service dogs only are welcome.
