Stephen Bear’s fiancée is thought to have broken prison rules after filming a video of her visit to him behind bars.

The disgraced reality star was sentenced earlier this month after sharing a sex tape between himself and former Love Island star Georgia Harrison on his OnlyFans page, without her permission.

Bear, 32, was also given a restraining order to not contact Harrison for five years, and after being ordered to sign the sex offenders register he will be subject to notification requirements for 10 years.

Despite the onslaught of negative press Bear has received for his actions, his partner has stayed by his side, vowing to ‘always support’ him when he was jailed for 21 months.

Fellow OnlyFans star Jessica Smith, 28, has now been to visit Bear for the first time, deciding to document the day on TikTok.

‘Come with me on a visit to see my boyfriend’, she captioned the post, with the hashtag ‘PrisonWife’.

She turned the comments off.

The montage began with her boiling the kettle and feeding her dogs, before picking out an outfit that she thought he would find ‘cute’.

However, the social media personality could find herself in hot water, after she whipped her phone out inside HMP Chelmsford to show her visitor’s wristband and a clip sitting inside the waiting area.

According to the 1952 Prison Act decreed: ‘[It is an offence to] take a photograph, or make a sound-recording, inside a prison or [transmit] any image from inside a prison by electronic communications for simultaneous reception outside the prison.’

The Act also states if a person is found guilty of this offence, they may face ‘conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine (or both).’

Smith concluded her TikTok by saying she has to wait another fortnight before can visit Bear again.

‘So good to see him but sad cos I can’t see him for another two weeks [sic]’, she penned.

Bear’s current visiting slots are thought to be just 15 minutes long and arranged in advance.

His visit from his fiancée – who said she will marry Bear in 2024 – comes after reports that Bear is on suicide watch behind bars.

According to a source, the TV personality is a ‘broken man’ following his imprisonment and has been ‘crying for days’.

Bear was reportedly not expecting to receive a custodial sentence, leaving him ‘completely unprepared’ for life behind bars.

The source added that the Ex on the Beach star ‘feels awful for putting his family through this’.

Because of his alleged emotional state, Bear has reportedly been put on an Assessment, Care in Custody and Teamwork (ACCT) Plan.

These are reserved for prisoners who are at risk of self-harm or taking their own lives.
