CLASSIC car nuts can now get their hands on their dream motors for a fraction of the price – but there’s a big catch.
Drivers won’t actually be able to get behind the wheel unless in a shrinking machine too, as the vehicles are mini versions.
Pint-sized models of the Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, Aston Martin DB5 and Bugatti Type 35 are set to redefine the motors world.
The scaled-down sportscars, created by The Little Car Company, might not be roadworthy but they will certainly impress your pals.
If you fancy getting up close and personal with one of the most valuable vintage Ferraris, why not consider reimagining your expectations?
Although this little red Testa Rossa J will still set you back £96,000, it’s a lot cheaper than the full-size versions which sell for up to £32million.
It is much easier to park too, as it is just three metres long.
The baby Ferrari even boasts a top speed of 50mph, albeit a little slower than its life-sized counterpart which reaches a thrilling 167mph.
Or why not channel your inner James Bond as well as your inner child with the Aston Martin DB5 Junior.
The small secret agent-approved vehicle is priced at £46,000 while the original is worth up to £1million.
This mini motor can also zoom up to 50mph, compared to its towering older sister which can reach speeds of 145mph.
The trio of tiny cars is completed with the Bugatti Baby II, which stretches to just 2.7metres in length.
The £38,000 model is the double of the real deal, except it doesn’t sport the extortionate £2.9million price tag like the Bugatti Type 35.
But it can still put boy racers through their paces with a top speed of 42mph, while its counterpart can roar past at 133mph.
You can add a personal touch to your mini classic car collection too, as buyers can pick the paintwork and interior colour of their vehicle.
Although the battery powered motors cannot be used on the roads, they have proved very popular with collectors and families who whizz them around on private land.
Ben Hedley, CEO of The Little Car Company, said: “When you get behind the wheel of an iconic car, such as the Bugatti Baby II, it’s made all the much sweeter when you know your purchase has been personalised to your own specific, inimitable taste.
“And with the launch of our new configurator, the personalisation process that we offer our customers has been made even more immersive, detailed and bespoke.”
If the mammoth saving isn’t enough to convince your partner, just convince them of how cute the luxury mini sports cars look.
